This paper establishes a three-level comprehensive evaluation index system, consisting of an objective layer, a criterion layer and a scheme layer, and uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the subjective and objective weights of each evaluation index, respectively. The optimal combined weights of subjective and objective factors are obtained based on the principle of minimum relative entropy. These weights are combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and a comprehensive evaluation method of the environmental quality in subway stations is presented. Taking a station on Xi’an Metro Line 5 as a survey example, both passengers and staff rate the environmental quality of the station as relatively good.
